FruChocs flavoured milk - NIPPYS

This one I picked up ages ago while there were a few brands doing a Menz Fruchocs collaboration. I'm a true South Aussie and love to support a local company but no amount of loyalty could ever make me a regular drinker of this. I love Nippys as a brand and think their other milk drinks are great, in particular the honey comb flavoured iced milk which has always been a favourite since I was a kid.

This one though is modeled from the flavour of the iconic South Australian chocolate, the "Fruchoc". For those of you that aren't familiar with FruChocs, they are ball of sweet desiccated apricot and peach covered in chocolate. Not to everyone's everyday tastes, but a nice chocolate none-the-less. However, when you start to add milk to the mix and expect it to taste nice, you've got a battle on your hands. Peach and apricot just don't work as a milk drink, at least I don't think so. This was a limited release anyway and I haven't seen it back since it was first introduced.

It does taste better than the the FruChocs flavoured stout that BigShed brought out around the same time though. That was horrible! Sorry BigShed, I like most of your other stuff but that was gross. Regardless, that's another story for another website...
